O R D E R
Writ petition has been filed challenging the order of transfer dated 16.12.2014 passed by the second respondent, transferring the petitioner from Chennai Teachers Guild Cooperative Society Ltd., to the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation Employees Co-operativce Soceity, Chennai.
2.At the time of admission of the writ petition, this Court has granted an order of stay. During the pendency of the writ petition, it appears that the respondent/competent authority by proceedings dated 21.08.2015 has withdrawn the transfer order. In view of the withdrawal of the transfer order passed against the petitioner, no issue is subsisting as on date, which calls for adjudication of the writ petition.
3.In such circumstances, the writ petition stands closed. If
the petitioner has any further claim or grievance on the
withdrawal of the transfer order, he may approach the
authorities for sorting out his grievance on that score. No
costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are
closed.
