PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records from the file of the second respondent with regards of the service Connection No.05:37:44 in pursuance of the proceeding of the third respondent made in the letter No.EE/O 7 M/TPT/AE/R/46/F/D/222/99 dated 17.06.1999 as confirmed in the Appeal by the second respondent in proceedings No.Lr.No.SE/CEDC/North/GL/AE/DM1/F-TOE 99-00/APTS/D 744 dated 28.03.2003 and quash the order dated 28.03.2003 and at the same time directing the respondent not to collect the levy of penalty in default for disconnection of service connection bearing No.05:37:44 at premises No.201/B, Ennore Express High Road, Kaladipet, Chennai – 19.
