On 10.07.2017, the matter was taken up for hearing under the caption for “being mentioned” at the instance of the learned counsel for the respondent on the ground that on the date of hearing, there was no representation on their behalf for the reason that their name was wrongly printed in the cause list. Accordingly, the order dated 15.06.2017 was recalled and the matter was referred to mediation, which was not materialised.
