2.The learned counsel Mr.S.Sabarish has also made an endorsement to that effect in the court bundle today. Having regard to the said endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner in both the cases and considering the same,
these Criminal Revision cases are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
