This is a petition to extend the time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 7254 of 2017 in Crl.R.C.No.790 of 2017, dated 13.6.2017. By the said order, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of C.C.No.3703 of 2008 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.IV, George Town, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the said day itself.
