By the said order, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs. 3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only) to the credit of C.C.No.2463 of 2008 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.IV, George Town, Chennai within a period of two weeks from the said day itself.
