that the petitioner is a history sheeted rowdy and hence, it is necessary to call him for some enquiry. However, at present there is no case filed against the petitioner. Hence, it is not necessary to harass the petitioner unnecessarily. The petitioner cannot approach this Court unnecessarily, by filing any petition in anticipation of some action.
