The petitioners are involved in the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 341, 323 and 302 of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act, in Crime No.299 of 2017. These petitions are filed to relax the condition already imposed by this Court.
