2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 19.08.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before Court concerned, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
