Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Cancel the anticipatory bail granted to the 2nd Respondent by the Honourable High Court of Madurai Bench in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 7644/2015 dated 24.08.2016 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable High Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent No.1, and petitioner not appearing either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:-
When the Criminal Original Petition was taken up for hearing on 09.10.2017, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and therefore this petition was posted today under the caption for dismissal and even today, there is no representation on the side of the petitioner and therefore, this petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
