Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.19810 of 2016 order dated 03.03.2017 on the file of this Honourable Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.GANDHI, Advocate for the petitioners and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate(Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-

2.It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side)that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 13.03.2017 till date.

3.Recording the same, the condition already imposed against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
