Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.NAMBI SELVAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.S.Prabha, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:-
Heard both sides.
2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is abiding the condition regularly for a period of 7 days and since there is a life threat problem, he is unable to comply with the condition and prays for modification.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that there is life threat problem to the petitioner and hence, suitable order may be passed.
4.Considering the same, the condition imposed against the petitioner is totally relaxed and he shall appear before the respondent as and when necessary.
