Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on his by this Honourable court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2376/2017 dated 06/03/2017.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.SOLAIRAJA, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:-
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent.
2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 21.03.2017.
3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
