The Petitioners filed this relaxation petition after complying the condition imposed by this Court before the respondent Police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 448, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in crime No.596 of 2017.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
3.The Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court for a period of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 45 days.
4.Considering the above said facts, the condition is relaxed, and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
