The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Women Harassment Act @ Sections 11(1) and 12 of POSCO Act, in Crime No.469 of 2017, while granting anticipatory bail.
