Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:-

The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC and Section 21(1) (V) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in Crime No.193 of 2017, while granting bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
