The Petitioner filed this petition to condone the absence of the petitioner in complying with the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b) and 341 of IPC and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Section 3 of TNPPDL Act in Crime No.1442 of 2017, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the absence of the petitioner in complying with the condition imposed on the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail is condoned.
