Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Pass an order relaxing the condition having been imposed on him by an order of this Honourable Court dated 10.10.2017 made in Crl. O. P. (MD) No. 13061/2017 while releasing them on bail in connection with Cr NO. 483/2017 on the file of the Inspector of police Kenikarai police station Ramnad district.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PALANI VELAYUTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.ANBARASAN, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:-
The Petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the condition imposed by this Court for the offences punishable under Section 302 of IPC in Crime No.483 of 2017, while granting bail.
2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is not regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), I am not inclined to relax the condition imposed this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13061 of 2017 dated 10.10.2017. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
