COMMON ORDER
It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as well as the respondents in both the Contempt Petitions, the 2nd respondent namely the District Elementary Education Officer, Vellore has passed an order in e.f.vz;.1397/m5/2016, dated 23.01.2017, as per the orders of this Court dated 27.05.2016, both the suspension orders were canceled and the petitioners were directed to re-instate in service and also produced a copy of the said orders. Hence, both the Contempt Petitions are ought to be closed. The District Elementary Education Officer, Vellore is appeared before this Court and his appearance is dispensed with.
Post the Writ Petition Nos.18469 and 18470 of 2016 before the regular Court.
