Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to condone the delay of 237 days in representing the civil miscellaneous appeal in CMA(MD).SR.No.21691 of 2016 filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 04/12/2015 passed in MCOP.No.1306 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal cum Special District Court, Tiruchirappalli.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SUDALAIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:-

Women Lawyers' Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai. It is made clear that if the cost is not paid by the petitioner within the time stipulated in this order, the present Miscellaneous Petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
