ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.P.MAHARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.V.K.VIJAYARAGHAVAN, Advocate for R1 to R6 and R8 to R17 the court made the following order:-
The petitioner/appellant has filed the above petition to issue necessary directions, directing Enquiry and Investigation by competent authorities to verify the genuineness of the documents sought to be marked by the respondents in C.M.P(MD)No.9817 of 2016 and to take suitable action against the respondents herein for filing forged, created and fabricated documents before this Court.
2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petitioner/appellant has stated that the documents sought to be marked as additional documents by the respondents in C.M.P(MD) No.9817 of 2016 are all forged and fabricated documents. Therefore suitable direction may be issued to enquire and conduct investigation by competent authorities to verify the genuineness of the documents. Since Mr.V.K.Vijaya Raghavan, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and 8 to 17 herein had made an endorsement that he is not pressing C.M.P(MD)No.9817 of 2016, I do not find any reason to keep the present application pending.
3.In view of the order passed in C.M.P(MD)No.9817 of 2016 dismissing the same as not pressed, the present application filed by the petitioner/appellant is closed.
