This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

It is not in dispute a sum of Rs.1,99,000/- has been deposited by the respondents to the credit of the suit by virtue of compromise between the parties in the Mediation Centre. It is agreed between the parties that this sum of Rs.1,99,000/- has to be withdrawn by the applicants who are legal representatives of the defendants in the suit. Hence, this application is ordered.

2.Registry is directed to issue cheque in favour of the 5th applicant on production of no objection from the 3rd and 4th applicant.
