This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:
This application is taken out to summon the Bank Manager, Indian Bank, Sowcarpet Branch to produce the savings bank statement of accounts of the plaintiff from 02.11.2010 till 31.12.2012.
2.It is represented that the pass book relating to the savings bank account in Indian Bank bearing A/c.No.481110797 has already been marked as Ex.P-12 in the suit. Therefore, I see no reason to issue any summons to the Branch Manager of the Indian Bank, Sowcarpet Branch. Hence, this application is dismissed.
