Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.04.2016 and to conduct an enquiry in detail and to initiate appropriate proceedings both criminal and departmental proceedings against the 2nd respondent and also to exercise the powers conferred under section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908 against the 3rd to 5th respondents within a time limit as framed by this Court.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and has also submitted a letter dated 08.08.2016 to the Registry to that effect. He has also made an endorsement in the writ petition.
2 In view of the submission of the letter dated 08.08.2016 to the Registry as well as the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
