This Second Appeal under Section 100 of Code of Civil Procedure has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 08.07.2014 in A.S.No.98 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, Confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 30.07.2014 in O.S.No.224 of 2008 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Nilakkottai.

DECREE : This Second Appeal coming for orders on this day and upon perusing the Grounds of Appeal, the Judgment and Decree of the Lower Appellate Court and the Court of First instance and the Material Papers in the suit and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.Radhi Sathish, Advocate for the Appellant and of Mr.T.R.Jeyapalam, Advocate for the Respondent, this Court doth order and decree as follows:

that the judgment and decree dated08.07.2014 in A.S.No.98 of 2013 on the file of the Additional Subordinate Judge, Dindigul, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 30.07.2014 in O.S.No.224 of 2008 on the file of the learned District Munsif, Nilakkottai, be and hereby is confirmed and the Second Appeal is dismissed and ;
