These revisions challenge an order of learned District Munsif cum Rent Controller, Ambattur, passed in M.P.Nos. 23 & 24 of 2016 in R.C.O.P.No. 61 of 2013 dated 05.03.2016.

2. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned counsel for

respondent.

3. On consideration of rival submissions this Court, though of the view

that repeated permission to recall the petitioner/landlord would cause her, who is informed to be aged about 80 years, much inconvenience, does not interfere with the orders under Challenge and dispose of these revisions with the direction

that the examination of the petitioner/landlord shall be conducted on 05.08.2016.

Thereafter, the learned Rent Controller shall disposes of the main case without

fail on or before 31.08.2016. Any attempt at protraction of proceedings may be

¶24

viewed seriously by the Rent Controller. No costs. Consequently, connected

¶25

Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
