This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking a suitable direction to the respondents to execute the non-bailable warrant issued against the accused Premkumar, S/o Raghavan, aged about 38 years and residing at No.17, Vivekananthan Street, Tiruvallur by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court Magisterial level, Tiruvallur on 01.09.2015 in C.C. No.146 of 2013.

2 Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the non-bailable warrant has been executed and the accused has been committed to prison by the Judicial Magistrate (Fast Track Court), Tiruvallur.
