Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings C.No.T3/45110/544/2013 COP No.1437/2015 dated 23.05.2015 and quash the same relating to the allotment of New Armed Reserve Police Madurai City Personnel (Double Bed Rooms) Quarters as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the respondents to allot a Double Bed Room Quarters to the petitioner in the order of seniority.

2.Accordingly, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
