PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.5073/2001 Pa.Tho, dated 25.06.2012 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondnets to disburse terminal and pension benefits within stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court.
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the same, this Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected M.Ps.are closed.
