PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2015 and also direct to give a direction to the 2^nd respondent to accommodate her in the post of Headmistress found vacancy in the Primary School, IV Ward, Nanguneeri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1^st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2015 and also direct to give a direction to the 2^nd respondent to accommodate her in the post of Headmistress found vacancy in the Primary School, IV Ward, Nanguneeri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
