When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent has submitted that undertaking has been entered into between the parties on 21.02.2013 i.e. after the filing of the Writ Petition, with regard to property in question. It is submitted that the petitioner has agreed to place this said agreement before this Court for the purpose of passing appropriate orders.

Considering the document dated 21.02.2015 which has been
entered into subsequent to the filing of this Writ Petition, nothing
survives for adjudication in this Writ petition. Hence, this writ
petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous
Petition is closed.
