Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus Calling for the records relating to the impugned Patta bearing No.11331 dated 11.12.2012 issued by the 3rd respondent in favour of the 5th respondent in respect of the land comprised in Survey No.4/1A Vellanur Village, Ambattur Taluk, Thiruvallur District and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to revive the ownership entires in all revenue records in respect of the said land in the name of the petitioner trust and proceed against the 3rd respondent for committing grave illegality of granting patta in favour of the 5th respondent ignoring the existing title holder and pattadar viz. the petitioner within a time to be fixed by this Court.
