Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2015 requesting to delete the name of the 3^rd respondent in the voter's list Serial No.9 in Part 133 of Ward-I of Nedungapulipatti Village in No.95, Sendamandagalm Legislative Assembly Constituency and also recall the bogus Voter Identity Card issued to him with Number TN/15/095/0324013 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a reasonable period to be fixed by this Court.

Alleging that the name has been wrongly entered in the Voter's list, the petitioner made a representation on 06.07.2015. As the representation has not been looked into, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the effect that the pending representation may be considered, a direction is issued to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondent no.2 to look into the representation dated 06.07.2015

and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
