PRAYER: Writ petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned G.O.Ms.No.22 dated 03.03.2003 Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department issued by the first respondent and quash the same in so far as 3(1) (iii) 16.7% by recruitment by transfer from among the holder of the post superintendent in the Tamil Nadu Ministerial Service in the Social Welfare Department and consequently direct the respondent to fill up the vacancies as per G.O.No.1251 Social Welfare Department dated 24.07.1987.
