Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the G.O.(D) Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dt. 28.04.2011 issued by the first respondent and the order in Ref.No.20483/E1/2/2011 dated 10.06.2011, issued by the second respondent and quash the same in so far as the appointment of the 4th respondent is concerned and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to promote the petitioner as Associate Professor Paediatrics with effect from 28.04.2011 and pay all monetary benefits.
