Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the Writ Petition, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, on the same cause of action. No costs.
