No.2397 of 2008 : Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order of the first respondent herein passed in his letter NO.94207/Pol Viii /2007-3 dated 3.12.2007 and quash the same and direct the respondents herein to grant the petitioner accelerted promotin as Sub-Inspector of police with effect from 26.2.2006 and cash reward of Rs. 2 in recognition of his service in the special Task force with all consequential monetary and service benefis.
