His objection is limited to the aspect that the procedure prescribed by law ought to have been followed and in the given facts of the present
case, it is agreed that the claim may be formally preferred by the respondent to meet that requirement, though the amount already given can be appropriated.
2.Original Side Appeal, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2015 stands closed.
