ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Since, this
Court is not inclined to admit this case, the learned counsel for
the petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw this
criminal original petition with liberty to raise all the points
before the Trial Court and has also made an endorsement in the
petition to that effect.

2.In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal original petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Trial Court.
