Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

In view of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner praying for passing of an order by this Court in directing the respondents to consider her representation dated 24.11.2014 in regard to measurement of her land and to earmark the boundaries of the property as per Patta No.87, this Court, without going into the merits/contents of the representation dated 24.11.2014 of the petitioner, directs the third respondent/Thasildar to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 24.11.2014 and to do the needful in the subject matter in issue within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The third respondent is directed to take into account of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ fact that the petitioner had made necessary payment for measurement of her land on 20.05.2014.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
