Prayer: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein to take into consideration the petitioner's application for technical bid without insisting for the working condition certificate of all equipments and consider the tender of the petitioner for Price Bids in respect of Package Nos.3,4,9 and 10 of the Tender Notice Nos.4/2014-15/D1 and 5/2014-15/D1 dated 23.09.2014 and 24.09.2014 respectively issued by the second respondent herein.
