With the consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 03.07.2014, submitted for demarcation of the property, comprised in Pula No.69/2B of Thayamangalam Revenue Group, Illaiyankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and to direct them to correct https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the wrong entries in the 'A' Register and FMB by incorporating Pula No.69/7A is situated on the southern side of Pula No.69/2B by deleting the double entries as 69/2B, 69/2B in the map within a time frame.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in the revenue records it is wrongly mentioned that Pula No.69/2B, measuring about 75 Cents, situated on the southern side of the road and Pula No.69/2B, measuring about 4 Acres 25 Cents, situated adjacent to the land measuring about 75 Cents instead of Pula No.69/2B, measuring about 75 Cents, situated on the southern side of the petitioner's land and on the southern side of the road and the Pula No.69/7A, measuring about 19 Cents is situated on the southern side of Pula No.69/2B, measuring about 75 Cents. Therefore, she submitted a representation, dated 03.07.2014, to the respondents for demarcation of the said property and since there is no response for the said representation, she has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

In the light of the above, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, there will be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.07.2014, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
