P.Ponnatchi, who is residing at Neduvizhai Village, Thiruvattaur viz., Moovatru Post, Kanyakumari District, approached him in Madurai and stated that she had four cents of land in Thiruppalai Village in Plot No.49, measured to an extent of 4 cents 283 sq.ft and she wanted to sell the property. Thereafter, the said Ponnatchi executed a power deed to the petitioner before the first respondent Sub Registrar Office. The power deed registered in No.3112/2014, dated 02.07.2014. As per the registered power deed, the petitioner executed a register sale deed to one Balasubramanian with proper stamp duties before the first respondent Sub Registrar Office, in sale deed dated 07.07.2014. As per the registered sale deed dated 07.07.2014 the said Balasubramanian is the absolute owner of the property. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the first respondent to issue a copy of the power deed dated 02.07.2014. But the first respondent has refused to issue the power deed. Thereafter, the petitioner approached the second respondent to direct the first respondent to issue the power deed dated 02.07.2014. Since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court.
