We have perused the affidavit filed by the Government and the typed set of papers. The picture which emerges is that it is really the beneficiaries only who are occupying the land, but practically nothing seems to have been done qua providing amenities, till orders were passed by this Court and it is only now that the work is in progress.
2.Learned Government Pleader states that one month's time may be given to complete the work of providing public amenities. 3.Writ petition is disposed of with directions to the respondents to do so as submitted by them. No costs.
4.List for compliance on 05.12.2014 and compliance report to be filed three (3) days before the next date of hearing, with advance copy to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
