In view of the inordinate delay of 210 days in filing the written statement, it is agreed that apart from the costs already deposited of Rs.5,000/- with the Legal Services Authority, the respondent shall pay costs to the appellant of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) within two weeks from today.
2.The original side appeal stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected MP is closed.
