Invoking the provisions of Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has approached this Court with this civil revision petition, seeking a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tirunelveli to dispose E.P.No.159 of 2008 in O.S.No.71 of 2000 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a time which may be fixed by this Court.

Heard Mr.P.T.Ramesh Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and perused the averments of the grounds of the revision petition.

No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court indends to direct the trial Court to dispose of the petition at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents.

It appears that the revision petitioners herein, who are the plaintiffs 1, 2 & 4, had filed an Execution Petition on 23.08.2013 and

the same has been unnecessarily periodically adjourned without assigning any valid reason and therefore, the petitioners have approached this Court by way of this Civil Revision Petition.

Having been taken into consideration of facts and

circumstances, this Court is of view that in the interest of Justice it may be expedient to issue a direction to the trial Court. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. The learned Principal Sub Judge, Tirunelveli is hereby directed to dispose the Execution Petition in E.P.No.159 of 2008, after following the related procedural laws, by the end of June, 2014 without loss of further time. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
