PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the Rent Controller Cum District Munsif Court at Palani to expedite the trial to dispose the R.C.O.P.No.16 of 2011 within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The petitioner is seeking a direction to the Rent Controller Cum District Munsif Court at Palani to expedite the trial of the petition R.C.O.P.No.16 of 2011 and dispense the same within the specified time as may be fixed by this Court.
3.No notice is necessary to the respondents as this Court indend to direct the trial Court to dispose of the suit at the earliest and it would not cause any prejudice to the respondents.
4.Considering the fact that the R.C.O.P., was filed in the year 2011 and written statement was filed on 06.09.2012, this Court directs the learned Rent Controller Cum District Munsif, Palani to dispose of the R.C.O.P.No.16 of 2011, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, without loss of further time. There is no order as to costs.
