ORDER : The Court Made the following order :-

The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offences punishable under section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.569 of 2013,and hence seeks anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that on 14.12.2013, due to previous enmity, the petitioner had broken the car glasses of the defacto complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence.

Learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that apart from this case, he has involved in three other cases in major offence of 307 IPC and that the investigation is pending.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(crl. Side) appearing for the State and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi and on executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall stay at Dharmapuri and report before Dharmapuri police station daily at 11.00 a.m. for a period of eight weeks and thereafter, as and when

required by the respondent police, for the purpose of interrogation and the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No.569 of 2013, on the file of the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambasamuthiram. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C., scrupulously.

The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within

a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
