ORDER
Seeking a direction to the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 16.09.2013 and investigate the case in accordance with law, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and I have also perused the records carefully.
3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No.8/2014 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 16.09.2013. The said statement is recorded.
4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
