2.I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1,2 & 4 and I have also perused the records carefully.

3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents that a case has been registered in Crime No20/2014 on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner dated 23.12.2013. The said statement is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In view of the above statement made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
